Pescador de Sueos Mezcal is a project of Destiler??a Santa Sabia that presents unique collections of select mezcal batches aimed at rescuing the mysticism and folklore of this ancient Mexican tradition. The mystical aspect of the brand appears in the name which means “the fisherman of dreams.” Pescador de Sueos is focused on single batch productions from independent and well-regarded master distillers.In order to preserve flavors and properties that the agaves have developed throughout their life, once distilled, each batch is matured in glass at least a year inside rooms with temperature and controlled light.
