Amrut Intermediate Sherry is crafted using time-tested tradition and a dash of innovation. Matured in the traditional way in Ex-bourbon casks and then transferred into Spanish Ex-Oloroso Sherry butts for a year. The spirit is then finished in a further period of maturation in Ex-Bourbon casks.
